Real estate photography
$300 for homes with more than 5 bedrooms — Larger properties require more shots, careful composition, and additional time for both shooting and editing.
$250 for homes with 5 bedrooms or fewer — Standard pricing for a full set of interior and exterior photos.
$200 for smaller properties such as condos, apartments, or small houses, which require fewer images but still include professional post-processing.
+$50 if the property includes additional structures such as sheds, guest houses, or barns, as these require extra time to photograph and edit.

Deposit:
A deposit of $100 is required to confirm the photo session booking. The deposit is required to guarantee the time and date of the photo session.
The deposit is non-refundable if the shoot is cancelled less than 3 days before the agreed date. In case of a shoot date change, the deposit is transferred to the new date if the notice of change is given 48 hours before the shoot. Remaining payment: The remaining amount is paid on the day of the photo shoot upon completion of the work.
Shooting time extension — $100 per hour
- An extension is possible provided that the photographer does not have any scheduled sessions immediately after yours.
- Extended hours include processing of all additional photos taken during this time.
- The extension time is paid on site or in advance by agreement.
- Minimum unit of extension: 30 minutes for $50.
This service is ideal for those who want to capture more moments or visit additional locations.
Necessity of signing a contract:
In order to protect the interests of both the Client and the Photographer, an agreement must be signed before the photo shoot. This ensures legal clarity and records the obligations of the parties. A signed contract helps to avoid misunderstandings and includes key points:
Shooting conditions: date, time, location, type of shooting.
Payment and deposit: deposit amount, remaining payment, payment terms.
Copyright: rights to use photographs.
Cancellation and rescheduling: conditions for returning the deposit, possibility of changing the date.
Responsibility: the Photographer’s obligations to transfer finished photographs and the quality of services provided.
By signing the contract, both parties are legally protected, which eliminates uncertainties and disputes regarding the fulfillment of obligations.
